Yeah, he is from KY but grew up in Peaks Mill. He moved to Chicago as a teenager, though.
I love the I Love series! The 90's ones, of course, aren't as funny but that is how I got into Hal. I started watching the "I Love" series and fell in love with him when he made out with Rainbow Brite. Sigh...
